About Us
EdCompliance Solutions (ECS) is an educational contracting agency, serving K–12 schools throughout the DMV region. We provide both short and long term solutions to staffing shortages within the special education department. From related services (behavior support, speech and language, and occupational therapy), to tri-annual assessments, ECS is dedicated to help schools maintain service compliance.
The agency was founded by Amy Anderson, LICSW, a seasoned school social worker with more than a decade of experience in both charter and residential school settings.​ After transitioning to independent contracting, Amy recognized a growing need for reliable short- and long-term service providers, as well as the challenges schools face in maintaining compliance amid ongoing staffing shortages.​
